10. User agrees it is solely responsible for any damage or loss of data that results from the services use.

1. COBOLget does not process personal data. Organization accounts are not related to an identifiable natural persons.
2. COBOLget may store encrypted authentication credentials and tokens of the Organization.
3. COBOLget may use first-party Cookies and IP addresses for authentication and personalization purposes.
4. COBOLget may deliver electronic messages to an email address of the Organization.
5. COBOLget does not share data with third parties.
